MUMBAI: Rajnikanth is a celebrity who needs no introduction. Literally from the young to old have heard his name and watched at least one of his moves. The South superstar who has also given many hits in the Hindi film industry is a religion for many down South where temples have been made to worship the Kaala actor. There is no stopping the 72 year old even today.
However there is some disappointing news for his fans, as the Sivaji actor is reportedly going to quit his acting career. This is however not the first time the news has come by. While previously they have turned out to be rumors, this time reportedly the actor will quit after his 171th, which will be his last project with filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj.
The news began to circulate after Tamil filmmaker Mysskin said in an interview that the film will be his last.
Only Rajnikath can confirm if the news is true or not. Other than that, the veteran will be seen in Jailor directed by Nelson and ‘Lal Salaam' directed by his daughter Aishwarya.
