MUMBAI: Hema Chaudhary, a veteran Kannada actress, was admitted to a private hospital in Bengaluru as a result of her health suddenly deteriorating. The actress is reportedly receiving treatment at Baptist Hospital in Bangalore for a brain hemorrhage, and her situation is critical right now.

Among her noteworthy parts are those of Shakuntala Devi in the well-liked Kannada television series Amrita Varshini.

The news that Hema Chaudhary had suffered a brain hemorrhage two days prior marked the beginning of her health crisis. She is presently receiving medical attention in the intensive care unit (ICU) of the hospital. Even though her son is currently overseas in Ireland, arrangements are in place for him to come back and visit his sick mother.

The veteran actress's fans and the industry are deeply concerned about her health, and while Baptist Hospital has not yet made an official statement on the matter, they are praying for her recovery. Hema Chaudhary's unexpected worsening in health coincides with the actress Leelavathi's recent death; it was reported that she visited Leelavathi's family earlier this month offering consolation.

In the Telugu film Pelli Kani Pelli, released in 1976, Hema Chaudhary made her acting debut. She became well-known in the 1980s for her supporting parts in Kannada films, like Shubshaya, Vijay Vani, Ghadi Matu, and Deepa, which displayed her acting talent.

Hema Choudhary is an experienced Kuchipudi dancer in addition to her acting profession; she has performed with her teacher, Vempati Chinna Satyam, in over 700 shows worldwide. She received the Panorama Award for her achievements in dancing, and she served on the National Film Awards Committee for three years as a judge.

Hema Chaudhary was born in Andhra Pradesh, the daughter of famous Telugu film actress and female dubbing artist Brindavan Chaudhary. She has regularly expressed her thanks to Hindu goddess temples by presenting silk sarees after each film she has featured in.
