MUMBAI : Well-known Tamil actor, Siva Narayana Murthy is no more. The reason for his passing away was due to poor health. The late actor aged 68, was often seen with Vadivelu and late actor Vivek in various comic roles. Well-known entertainment industry trade analyst, Sreedhar Pillai took to Twitter and shared, “Tamil comedy actor #SivaNarayanaMurthy (68) passed away. He appeared mostly in policeman or village chieftain comedy tracks along with Vadivelu or late Vivek. #omshanti”

The late actor worked in more than 300 films and would often portray the role of a policeman or a village simpleton. He is an accomplished actor who has previously worked with popular heroes such as Rajini, Kamal, Vijayakanth, Vijay, and Ajith.
His wife Pushpavalli, sons Lokesh and Ramkumar, and daughter Sreedevi are his remaining family. According to reports, his last rites will be held in Pattukottai.
