MUMBAI: Kiccha Sudeep and Ajay Devgn kickstarted a language debate with their spat on social media earlier this year. It all began after Sudeep said at an event that Hindi was ‘no longer India’s national language’. Reacting to it, Ajay had penned a tweet in Hindi, questioning Kiccha why he dubs his films in Hindi.

Recently, when Kiccha Sudeep was asked about his reaction to Ajay Devgn’s Hindi tweet, the actor had told a news portal that Ajay Devgn was a true gentleman and that the Hindi tweet was definitely a third person’s idea. Kiccha stated that the Ajay Devgn he knows would never tweet in Hindi. He added that the entire controversy erupted because of a misunderstanding and that he was not fighting against Hindi as a language.
Meanwhile, Kiccha Sudeep is all set to host the first-ever OTT edition of the 'Bigg Boss Kannada'. The digital format will be coming on the OTT streaming platform Voot.
