MUMBAI : South superstar Suriya has added another feather to his hat. The Soorarai Pottru actor who recently received the National Award for Best Actor from President Draupadi Murmu has bought a luxury home in Mumbai worth a whopping 70 crores. The actor has reportedly moved from Chennai to the city of Mumbai with his wife Jyotika. This is his second luxury apartment in the city.

Suriya’s films down south are doing exceptionally well and set the cash registers ringing. Despite this, his fans are surprised that he decided to leave Chennai and move to Mumbai.
His new apartment is a spacious 9,000 square feet area in a posh gated community. It comes with a stunning garden space, ample parking space, making it one of the most luxurious places to live in.
This apartment will reportedly be used for his family including his siblings Karthi and Brinda, and their families. The luxury home will also be used for birthday parties and other celebrations.

Suriya will next be seen in the South film Suriya 42, where he will be seen portraying five different avatars namely; Venkaater, Arathar, Mandaankar, Mukaatar, and Perumanathar. Suriya was last seen in a cameo in R Madhavan’s Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.
