Soon, Aman will regain his consciousness and Anjali will confess her love to him. As Anjali hugs Aman, Abhay witnesses this emotional moment from outside the room.
Abhay feels frustrated as Aman has finally come out of coma, Anjali has expressed her love to Aman, which means Abhay has lot his love to him.
Therefore, Abhay goes on to call Ginni and confess his love to her, even though in his heart he still has feelings for Anjali.
