Anjali has realised his love for Aman and on the other hand, Aman is coming out of coma. Anjali doesn’t waste any time and confesses her love to him. She also tells him how much she missed him while he was in coma.
However, Aman accepting her love and everything going well is just her dream as her reality is not so happy. As Aman comes out of coma, he remembers how goons attacked him and took Anjali’s name.
This makes him doubtful of Anjali and he steps back after Anjali confession, showing his distrust over Anjali.
