MUMBAI: Star Plus’s show ‘Advocate Anjali Awasthi’ explores an unfamiliar territory. The show stars Shritama Mitra as Advocate Anjali Awasthi and Ankit Raizada as Aman Singh Rajpoot. Advocate Anjali Awasthi showcases the tale of a fearless Advocate Anjali Awasthi who has to get beyond various hardships and hurdles to achieve her dream of becoming a successful lawyer. Advocate Anjali Awasthi is a strong and fearless character; she craves recognition for her genius, and this compels the audience to root for her cause—justice for the downtrodden.

Raghav wants Yuvraj to marry Mehak and she agrees to it even though she is not sure about it. While Mehak accepts this forceful decision, Anjali takes a stand for her and decides to fight on her behalf as she knows what kind of a person Yuvraj is.
Anjali tries all the best ways possible to stop this wedding and even Aman supports her in this battle against Raghav, Yuvraj and Chandraman. Anjali has a plan in place but if in case it doesn’t work, Anjali will have to resort to kidnapping Mehak.
Anjali makes a plan with Padma that she will have to interrupt the wedding and fake pregnancy, claiming that Yuvraj is the father of her child. However, when the wedding day arrives, Chandraman and Raghav play their game well and get Padma kidnapped.
To their shock, Anjali laughs and challenges them that she will not fail and will present Padma by the end of the day. And she stands on her words as she brings Padma back. Yuvraj’s happy face turns to frown.
