Shah family waits for Anupamaa as she has to accompany Kinjal to the clinic for her checkup. Vanraj and Leela start to mock her for not caring about Kinjal anymore as Anupamaa gets late. However, Kinjal shows her faith in Anupamaa and tells that Anupamaa will come directly to the hospital.
Kinjal along with Toshu and Samar, leave for the checkup and wait for Anupamaa's arrival at the hospital but Anupamaa does not show up.

In the upcoming track, Vanraj taunts Anupamaa and says that she has forgotten her duties as a mother-in-law now that she is a mother again. Hearing that, Kinjal also feels anxious and thinks that Anupamaa has forgotten about her after having Anu in her life.
Will this affect Anupamaa and Kinjal's relationship? Will Anupamaa be able to explain her situation to Kinjal?
