MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role. These days, the show's track focuses on quite an interesting narrative, where the show has taken a fifteen years leap and the kids are all grown up and are living with Anupamaa and the problems surrounding her don't end. The current track focuses on the entry of the Kotari family (Prem's family), who are opposed to the Shah family, particularly Anupama and Rahi, and have advised them not to enter the house after discovering Prem and Rahi's relationship.

Since Prem would be siding with Rahi and Anupama against his own family, it appears like Parag will be furious and throw him out of his home. Prem will be extremely clear about his intention to wed Rahi whenever she is ready.
Surprisingly, Parag and Moti Baa will argue about this issue in great detail, and Parag will disclose that he has decided to sever all relations with Prem because he does not view him as his son.
Unbelievably, Moti Baa will have a heart attack because she can't cope with this tension. When Prem learns that Moti Baa is in critical condition, he and Anupama and Rahi rush to meet her.
When Moti Baa reveals that her final wish is for Prem and Rahi to get married, things are about to get rather intense. Rahi and Prem will be in a difficult predicament because they are unsure of how to respond to this demanding circumstance.
Anupama would also be astonished since she never would have thought that she would have to make such a difficult life decision.
