MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role. These days, the show's track focuses on quite an interesting narrative, where the show has taken a fifteen years leap and the kids are all grown up and are living with Anupamaa and the problems surrounding her don't end. The current track focuses on the entry of the Kotari family (Prem's family), who are opposed to the Shah family, particularly Anupama and Rahi, and have advised them not to enter the house after discovering Prem and Rahi's relationship.

It appears that Rahi would be upset with Prem for manipulating her loved ones' emotions by concealing his true identity as a Kothari. She intends to end Prem since she can't handle this massive betrayal.
Prem will do his utmost to resolve the matter, but he will also depart Shah House with a heavy heart. Rahi, on the other hand, is furious and finds it impossible to accept Prem's treachery.
Surprisingly, Mahi will secretly be thrilled about Prem and Rahi's split because it gives her a chance to reunite with Pem. Since Pari is pleased that Prem and Rahi are no longer together, she will point up Mahi's bad behavior.
Anupama will try to comfort Rahi, but Prem will be crying and sobbing by herself on the roadside. Rahi and Prem are both very depressed and use chillies to inflict pain on themselves. Mahi will accuse Rahi of causing so much drama and blame her for not understanding the suffering that Prem is going through.
