MUMBAI: Anupamaa rules on the television screens. The show is performing extremely well. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under Director's Kut Productions. The show stars Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Rupali Ganguly.

Currently, the show is going to take a leap of six months. However before that Anuj and Anupama will have to suffer a tragic end.
Anuj and Anupama will decide to leave everyone behind and unite once again. However destiny has other plans as Adhya is not willing to forgive Anupama and accept her and hence she will call up Anuj for the last time before ending her life.
Anuj will try to reach Adhya on time but fails miserable and hence leaving his life upside down. This will leave Anupama shattered as she will be waiting for Anuj to come but he will never come back.
Anuj will lose his mental balance and lives a very lonely and depressed life as he will lose his daughter Adhya forever. Anuj will be seen growing his beards and living life of a Begger.
