MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupama going to the US.

It has been seen recently that Anuj becomes agitated when he sees Anupama and refuses to stay. She is astonished when he tries to flee from there and hides from her.
Anuj responds by saying he doesn't want to stay and flees when Anupama tells him she is stuck and doesn't know why he is acting this way.
When Anupama is shocked by his actions and his insane attitude, the story takes an intriguing turn, and everyone asks her who it is.
Anuoama tells them that he is her husband and that she was once his wife, but he is too numb to even hear her out. She asks them to assist her.
We shall see that Anupama swears to punish Bharkha and Ankush for anything they have done to Anuj in the next episodes. She turns into Anuj's protector.
