MUMBAI: The television show Dhruv Tara - Samay Sadi Se Pare, is an Indian science fiction romantic drama on Sony SAB. It stars Ishaan Dhawan and Riya Sharma, it is produced by Shashi Mittal and Sumeet Mittal under the banner of Shashi Sumeet Productions. This is Princess Tara's story.
It revolves around Dhruv and Tara, who are from two different eras. Tara, a princess played by Riya Sharma from the 17th century, travels through time and arrives in the present day, where she meets Dhruv played by Ishaan Dhawan.

Previously, Suryapratap plans for Dhruv and Dholi to get married. Tara tries her best to stop this from happening!
Later, Suryapratap finds out that Durgavati has been betraying him and helping Tara. As he has planned to get Dhruv to marry someone else.
Further, Suryapratap faints at the wedding of Dhruv and Dholi leaving everyone tensed by the situation. However, Tara is trying her best to stop Dhruv’s wedding.
Now, Tara becomes the King for 5 days as Suryaparatp gets sick. It will provide opportunity for her to execute her plan easily to defeat Suryapratap and his evil motives
