MUMBAI: Star Plus’s show Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua is a remake of the popular Bengali daily soap Anurager Chhowa. The show stars Akkshith Sukhija, Aditi Tripathi, and Urvashi Pardeshi in the leading roles. The show centers around how Deepika faces mistreatment from her stepmother and stepsister; her life changes after she meets a young doctor who wishes to marry her. It is set against the backdrop of Rajasthan. It is a tale of Deepika and Chirag and what unfolds in the lives of Deepika and Chirag, who fall in love.
Chirag will support Deepika and take a stand for her, thus leaving the Mittal house to stay with her after their wedding.
Lavanya however will not let Deepika live in peace and plans to torture her to the extent that she herself will leave Chirag.
Things will get out of hand when Lavanya gets the bulldozer to demolish the house but when Yashwant tries to stop her, she will push him on the road.
Yashwant’s health will deteriorate and while Deepika admits him in the hospital, Chirag is determined to teach Lavanya for crossing the line.
Lavanya will be left speechless when Chirag announces a press conference to officially announce Deepika as his wife.
