MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. Sirat and Kartik's Jodi is the most adored onscreen duo at present.
Currently, in the show, Kartik and Sirat finally get married despite all the drama and Kairav have a gift for Sirat. He indeed gives a precious gift to her as he mentions Akshara and he will call her Sirat Mumma. She is overwhelmed in tears and the family finally completes.
Sheila makes it difficult for Sirat to be happy about her marriage and makes her think she is nobody in comparison to Naira in their family. While getting tensed about her words she ruins the ritual. She apologises to the family but Sheila's words don't leave her.
Kartik and Sirat decide to take Kairav and Akshara with them on their honeymoon. Manish gets upset about their decision and insults Sirat. He tells her that she will never be able to take care of Kartik's children like Naira. Sirat is left heartbroken, but she decides to prove them wrong and takes Kairav and Akshu on their honeymoon.
Previously, Sirat ends up missing the photoshoot because of the guests at home and Kartik comes home in anger. He gets furious at Sirat and storms out of the room. Sirat tries to make Kartik understand the problem. She takes the guitar and sings an apology song like a rock band concert to him. And yes he is spellbound.
Dadi then asks Sirat to convince Gayu for her second marriage. She tries to talk it out to Gayu but she misunderstands Sirat and the family members. Just to keep them happy she agrees to meet the boy for once before giving her final answer to everyone.
In the upcoming episode, Sirat realises that she needs to transform herself and learn everything that Naira did to make the family believe that she could be exactly like Naira. She asks Kairav and Vansh to teach her English. Surekha sees her and makes it a point to demean her at the right time.
On the next day, Sirat takes Gayu to meet the boy, and at home, Manish and Surekha get furious at her. In the rage, they say some heartbreaking words to Sirat and yet again compare her with Naira. She feels dejected and left with no chance to explain herself.
