MUMBAI : Colors presents Durga, a tale of a tribal girl who defies social expectations to follow her love for the royal heir Anurag and become a doctor, despite opposition from strong tribal woman Paani Bai.
Starring Pranali Rathod as Durga, Indira Krishnan as Paani Bai, and Aashay Mishra as Anurag, and produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures, the show is set in Jodhpur, the story follows Durga, a tribal girl aspiring to become a doctor.

The current track revolves around Durga's ultimate success, as she rises as the district topper and receives recognition for it.
Her childhood friend Anurag is now developing feelings of love for her, but she has distanced herself from this new relationship.
Durga is well aware that Anurag comes from a Rajwadi family that would never accept a poor girl, even an orphan.
She decides to keep her distance from him because of it.
However, Anurag is truly in love with her. At that point, the latter decides to stand up for his love and change his family's rules in her favor.
Anurag desires to defend his beloved Durga, but Panibai is turning into a big villain for them.
