MUMBAI: Colors presents Durga, a tale of a tribal girl who defies social expectations to follow her love for the royal heir Anurag and become a doctor, despite opposition from strong tribal woman Paani Bai.
Starring Pranali Rathod as Durga, Indira Krishnan as Paani Bai, and Aashay Mishra as Anurag, and produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures, the show is set in Jodhpur, the story follows Durga, a tribal girl aspiring to become a doctor.

Pani Bai tells Savitri that she doesn't need to buy anything for her because she has such support and can purchase the entire store for herself if she decides.
However, Savitri tells her that she currently holds the power because she is buying everything for them and will be giving her servant a saree as well. Everyone is shocked when they hear her.
The Story Takes an Interesting turn when Savitri asks Inder to bring The Black Saree there to which she does as asked. Savitri keeps her hand on it and asks her to take it as her Gift.
While Pani Bai is adamant about using Durga against the Rajvadi Family to fulfill her mission to ruin the Rajvadi Family, Anurag refuses to accept anybody else in the place of Durga. She takes advantage of their love tale.
In the upcoming episodes, we will witness Pani Bai asking Durga to become Anurag's mistress if she truly loves him, and Anurag becoming enraged upon hearing her insulting words about their love.
