The show has taken a generational leap after Sai and Virat's tragic death and the audience is now excited to see Savi and Vinayak all grown up.

While Ishaan calls Savi, the latter is upset with him and doesn't want to speak to him.
Ishaan will thus ask Shantanu to make Savi attend the meeting as it is very crucial.
Savi and Ishaan will have a life changing experience after the board meeting as Ishaan will now decide to support Savi in all phases of her life.
