Currently, Virat explains to Pakhi that her uterus was removed in a surgery where Sai and Pulkit were involved.
Pakhi feels extremely jealous of Sai and her presence in the Chavan Niwas as she fears that Sai will soon replace her in the house and in Virat’s life.
As we have seen earlier how Virat is trying to get into the matter to help Sai but she refuses to take any help from him.
It is speculated that Virat is going to sacrifice his career for Sai in this matter which will only bring Virat closer to Sai.
