MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the top shows and is always doing well with the ratings. The show has been attracting audiences for a long time now. The show recently took a major leap after Imlie and Atharva, played by Megha Chakraborty and Karan Vohra respectively, passed away. As their deaths introduced a time leap, the new Imlie, played by Adrija Roy, and Sai Ketan Rao as Agastya have entered the show to win everyone’s heart.
Currently, Sonali gets the video of Imlie's bar singer life and determines to expose her before Annapurna. Agastya gets scared of losing everything and even the company which his dad served with honesty and loyalty.
Though he insults Imlie to the core, the twist in the tale comes up when Imlie plays her smart move and controls Sonali before she reveals the truth. All this happens when she witnesses Sonali and Amrit's photo frame.
Finally, when Imlie finds out that Amrit is Sonali's husband, she thus gets Amrit's video from the bar and sends the same to Sonali. Sonali's ground gets shaken to the core and she fails to accept Amrit's such huge betrayal.
Therefore, you will now see Imlie's masterstroke finally making Sonali step back from the post of Director. That's when Annapurna announces Agastya as the Company's director.
