MUMBAI : Imlie is one of the top shows and is doing well when it comes to the ratings. The show took a 20-year leap a while ago; we now get to see a new grown-up Imlie, played by Adrija Roy and Agastya played by Sai Ketan Rao. The show is doing amazingly well and viewers love the couple and their chemistry a lot.
These days, the track of the show is very interesting as Surya enters the show and has spiced up the storyline as he turns out to be Agastya's look alike and Imlie is dealing with the issues being created by him.
In the previous episode, we have seen how Surya saves Imlie from Anjali's plan and takes her to Bihar for her examination admit card. On the other hand Indira is upset with Imlie and she wants to get rid of her.
In the upcoming episode, Indira comes to know that Imlie used to work in the Bar as a singer/dancer and she is so upset and that's when she calls Imlie and Surya and tells her that she is ashamed of her and that a Bar dancer cannot be the daughter - in - law of their house.
That's when Surya will tell her that he knew everything about Imlie's past and then only got married to her and that he is proud of her as he knows whatever she did, she had she did for her nephew and so many girls like her do it for a living and they shouldn't be judged.
This irks Surya as he takes Imlie's side and she vouches to throw Imlie out of the house.
