However, Ishqi goes missing from the house on their Suhaag raat.
An unaware Ahaan desperately looks for her everywhere.
Meanwhile, Ishqi is seen arriving at a hospital without informing anybody of the same.
Looks like she is there to meet a mental patient whom she had gotten admitted earlier.

Ignoring Ahaan's call, she proceeds to meet this woman once.
On witnessing Ishqi, the lady pushes her way through the helping staff and expresses her urge to meet her son as per their previous deal.
On Ishqi's query, this woman reveals that Ahaan is her son and Ishqi had promised to unite the mother-son duo.
Learning the same, Ishqi is taken aback by this shocker.
