MUMBAI: Zee TV deviates from the norm with their new show Jagriti, offering viewers a program set in a completely new universe. The novel, which is set in the made-up town of Mokshgarh in Jharkhand's Jamtara district, examines the systemic unfairness in which the locals are exploited, denied an education, labeled criminals from birth, and forced into occupations like hunting.
