MUMBAI: Star Plus, a premier entertaining channel known to deliver extraordinary content and venture into unexplored territory, has brought its audience a new show, Jhanak. Hiba Nawab will be seen essaying the titular role of Jhanak in the show, along with Krushal Ahuja aka Anirudh as the main protagonist, and Chandani Sharma will essay the character of Arshi in the show.

Earlier, Anirudh filled Jhanak’s maang with Sindoor in front of Tejas. He told him that Jhanak is his wife now and he will protect her. Arshi came to him. She told him that she was worried about him. She asked him about Jhanak’s sindoor-filled maang.
Anirudh went with Arshi and Tejas said Jhanak’s only support also left. Jhanak got scared and shouts don’t leave me alone. Jhanak woke up and sat. Anirudh asked her about it as if it was a bad dream. Jhanak said him she was okay and Anirudh asked her to relax. Anirudh said to have water then she would feel better.
Now, Anirudh calls Arshi as she was upset and worried about him. She asks him about Jhanak but he asks her to talk as he reaches home. He feels that Arshi will be the one who will understand him better. As Anirudh enters with Jhanak his parents get angry on him. His father shout at him for bringing her with him.
Arshi gets angry on him and decides to leave home. As Shrishti stops her and gets angry at Anirudh for bringing Jhanak home. She lashes out at him. Anirudh recollected his marriage with Jhanak. Shrishti criticizes Anirudh.
