MUMBAI : Star Plus, a premier entertaining channel known to deliver extraordinary content and venture into unexplored territory, has brought its audience a new show, Jhanak. Hiba Nawab will be seen essaying the titular role of Jhanak in the show, along with Krushal Ahuja aka Anirudh as the main protagonist, and Chandani Sharma will essay the character of Arshi in the show. The storyline takes a compelling twist as Anirudh, joined by Choton, orchestrates a plan to take Jhanak, leading to unexpected consequences.

Earlier, If Jhanak didn't want to stay at his house, Anirudh advised her to stay in a hostel and not make the mistake of going with Tejas. Her response astounded him. He asked her to come along with him and told her not to worry about him. He is stunned by her words that she going with her will and he is not forcing her.
Now, While Jhanak leaves with Tejas, Anirudh tries to convince her once again in an attempt to stop her. However, Jhanak takes offense and tells him to stop bothering about her and concentrate on his own life. Anirudh feels both shocked and devastated when she tells him that she hates him.
He recalls all that hurtful stuff Jhanak said to him as he rides a bike. He encounters a fatal accident and is unable to deal with the harsh reality that he hadn't expected from Jhanak. Blood could be seen flowing from the head as he lay on a road unconsciously. However, Jhanak is also distraught over hurting Anirudh's heart and is traveling to Kashmir with Tejas.
