MUMBAI: Star Plus, a premier entertaining channel known to deliver extraordinary content and venture into unexplored territory, has brought its audience a new show, Jhanak. Hiba Nawab will be seen essaying the titular role of Jhanak in the show, along with Krushal Ahuja aka Anirudh as the main protagonist, and Chandani Sharma will essay the character of Arshi in the show. The storyline takes a compelling twist as Anirudh, joined by Choton, orchestrates a plan to take Jhanak, leading to unexpected consequences.

Earlier, Jhanak felt that Anirudh was smart enough to leave her and Chotan in front of the family to get scolded. He requested her to stay calm since, once inside, she will find out everything.  Anirudh's father, Shubh saw Jhanak and Chotan with Anirudh. He thought about how Anirudh met them.

Now, Jhanak gets emotional when Shubh questions Chotan and humiliates her. She tells Chotan that he and Anirudh are not letting her go also and their family not letting her live happily. She gets fed up of all this daily drama. She cries in front of everyone while Tanuja makes faces over her emotions.

When she went to give tea to dadaji’s room she notices a pill bottle and decides if this life won’t be there then she does not need to bear any humiliation. She takes the pills in her hand leaves.  She cross path Anirudh and hides pills.

What is Jhanak up to? Will Anirudh be able to save Jhanak?
