It appears like Vihaan and Jhanak will travel to Gujarat together. Because Vihaan doesn't want his family to experience this trauma after losing his wife Avni in an accident, he chooses to reveal Jhanak as his wife to them before returning to America with his child.
Given that Vihaan and Anvi were married against his parents' wishes and that Ketki despises the girl who took her son away from her, Jhanak will be afraid to confront Vihaan's parents.
