MUMBAI : Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. The current track concentrates on the clash between Anirudh and Jhanak.

Earlier, Jhanak was upset by seeing his actions. Jhanak heard the ladies gossiping about Anirudh and her affair. Shupra said that it’s not even about money but another lady compares Arshi and Jhanak. Shupra thought that Jhanak must go and do her work but she is still here. Jhanak felt bad about it and started crying.

Now, Anirudh and Arshi are having a conversation on the call. Where Anirudh tells Arshi that she is so lucky that she has got such a lovely husband but Arshi gets offended while saying he doesn’t have a lovely wife. While talking on the phone he collided with Jhanak and shouted at her. Meanwhile, hot tea from Jhanak’s hand spilled on the floor.

Anirudh tells Arshi that he spilled tea on his hand, so distracted when she was asking her more questions that he lied to her. He makes Jhanak jealous by telling Arshi that he is waiting to see her as his bride. While Jhanak feels bad after hearing his conversation.

He purposefully mentions to her that he loves her and gives a long kiss on the phone. He does everything purposely so that Jhanak might accept her feelings for him but it is leaving Jhanak heartbroken. He even asks Jhanak whether she is burnt through hot tea or not. Jhanak’s reply leaves him in the split.

Tanuja and Bipasha give Jhanak the most expensive gift to carry and taunt her when she refuses to handle it, they force her to do as they will be with her only. Anirudh wonders that she used to reply earlier but she is not saying anything to anyone.
