Earlier we had seen how Aditya makes Jhanak uncomfortable as he forcefully enters Jhanak’s room, and then she asks him to get out of her room but he doesn't listen to her. He continues asking her personal life questions.
Anirudh reached Jhanak’s shoot location as he was doubtful about Aditya’s intentions for Jhanak.
Later on, we see that Anirudh suddenly barges into Jhanak’s room and gets shocked to see Aditya and her together. In a fit of anger, he calls Jhanak a characterless girl.
Jhanak will be shattered, after hearing such allegations from Anirudh.
Later on, we will see that Jhanak goes through an emotional breakdown and she will leave the hotel without informing anyone.
Now, Aditya will target and blame Anirudh for it.
