MUMBAI: Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. Earlier, Anirudh stood against Tanuja by telling her that he spent money that he had earned. When Jhanak refused to accept the gift and wore it on her wedding day then he placed her in a dilemma that he requested her to do so and hoped that she would fulfill his request.
Later, He also assured her that she should not worry about anyone else because he is the one who means the most to her. She will choose to wear a gift that matters most to her.
Now, Jhanak’s marriage festivities begin. At present her Ashirwad rasam is going on where Shrishti says Avinash will first do it before Anirudh. Avinash did the rituals when it was time for Jhanak to take the blessing by touching his feet then she hesitated to do it. Bipasha asks her to do it as he is her would-be groom so she should not hesitate.
Anirudh does the same rituals after Avinash but Jhanak’s respectful gesture toward Anirudh leaves Arshi and Shrishti irked. Jhanak shows respect by touching his feet, however Arshi accuses her of creating drama as usual. She gets stunned when Anirudh blesses her to always stay happy by touching her face. Jhanak burst into tears as Anirudh blessed her.
Anirudh refuses to attend Jhanak’s haldi ceremony Choton reminds him that Jhanak will leave the house within a day and his loving lady is also present in the function so he should attend. Jhanak’s face enlightens after seeing Anirudh coming for the function.
