Recent events have shown that Anubhav meets Akriti and confides in her all of his problems. Gungun doesn't interest him.
Anubhav, however, thinks of Akriti as his ideal wife and recalls their time spent together.
Unfortunately, Anubhav feels bad and becomes angry when he witnesses Armaan and Gungun dancing together.
The plot twist occurs when he informs Charudatt about this, who orders Gungun to stop working for Armaan and humiliates her.
While Armaan advises Gungun to travel to America to get checked out and treated because it is more crucial, Gungun is urged to choose her family.
Even though Anubhav initially misinterprets Gungun, he eventually learns the truth that Gungun has a tumor, and regrets himself for being so pitiful and self-centered.
Will Anubhav eventually come to his senses and go to Gungun?
