MUMBAI: Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.

Giriraj is expected to win the election declaring that his younger son Adhiraj will become his successor.
However, Kavya will also be regaining consciousness and making every effort to win back Adhiraj's respect and love.
Against their wishes, she would enter Pradhan House as Adhiraj's wife.
Adhiraj's sentiments have shifted over the months, and he currently holds hatred toward Kavya.
When Kavya enters the show, she encounters Adhiraj's hatred.
To stop Kavya from sharing a bed with him, he will be seen throwing water on her side of the mattress.
