MUMBAI: Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.

Currently, Kavya will get posted for her first job as an IAS.
She will be very excited as she is very motivated to do field work and help the needy in the place where she is posted.
However she will face discrimination on the first day of her work as her seniors will not allow her to be part of the field work and force her to do desk job till she works in this district. Kavya’s excitement will die out as she will realize the politics that takes place in her work place.
She will feel sad that she is not getting the opportunity to show her talent.
Will Kavya be able to face this new challenge of her life?
