MUMBAI : Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya's struggles to find a balance between her personal and professional lives for Adi, despite everyone putting obstacles in her way.

Previously, Giriraj will take Kavya’s actions as an attack on his family’s reputation and will be seen much more determined to teach her a lesson.
In the upcoming episode, after Malini swears to Adhiraj to keep Omi's crime hidden, Adhiraj's inability to contain his emotions leads to the shocking revelation to Kavya that Omi murdered Navya and supplied the vaccines.
