MUMBAI: A lot of new shows are in the pipeline and will soon go on the floors. Some are all set for launches in the coming days. Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.The show will be produced by DJ’s – A Creative Unit, which have been active in the industry for more than 20 years, and has been the name behind some of the biggest shows like ‘Just Mohabbat’, ‘Left Right Left’, ‘Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin’, ‘Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi’, ‘Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahan’, ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’, ‘Chotti Bahu’, ‘Sumit Sambhal Lega’, and more. Teh current track is about Shubh forcing Kavya to give her IAS seat to him.

Previously, Adhiraj will finally confess his feelings to Kavya and the latter too will confess her own feelings for him. He Adhiraj and Kavya will share a tight hug after knowing their feelings for each other.
However, Shubh brings a major hitch in their love confession. Kavya has given her word to Jaideep that she will marry Shubh.
In the upcoming episode, Kavya, despite her love life finally falling into place, encountered a challenge in her first IAS posting when she reported to the office and an on-ground case arrives. Despite her eagerness to participate, her senior instructed her to undergo nine months of training in the office before engaging in active fieldwork. Staying it's not meant for her.
