MUMBAI: Zee TV's popular show Kumkum Bhagya is currently one of the longest running shows on television.The show has frequently managed to gain the top position from the time of its inception, all thanks to the outstanding cast and gripping storyline. Fans are in awe of the chemistry between the lead couple Prachi and Ranbir played by Mugdha Chaphekar and Krishna Kaul respectively.

Recently, Akshay gets Khushi kidnapped and accuses Ranbir for it. He then instigates Prachi against Ranbir and as a result, Ranbir gets arrested.
Later, Ranbir tries to convince Prachi that he is not the one who has kidnapped Khushi but Prachi doesn’t believe him.
Now, Akshay bribes the goon and asks him to demand ransom from Prachi to make her believe that Ranbir is the real kidnapper.
However, things are not going to go according to Akshay because soon Ashok hires an investigator to find the culprit and Prachi suddenly gets an important lead when she goes out to call Akshay but he is with his goon.
Therefore, Akshay’s countdown begins.
