MUMBAI : Zee TV's popular show Kumkum Bhagya is currently one of the longest-running shows on television. The show has frequently managed to gain the top position from the time of its inception, all thanks to the outstanding cast and gripping storyline. Fans are in awe of the chemistry between the lead couple Prachi and Ranbir played by Mugdha Chaphekar and Krishna Kaul respectively. Tina Ann Philip aka Rhea plays a gray character. The current track is about the show taking a 20-year leap.

RV and Purvi had just begun to realize their love for each other when Monisha launched a major plot against them.
Monisha plots Netra and traps RV in her fake rape case.
Things get worsen when the police arrest RV for alleged rape.
Furthermore, because she believes in her upbringing, Harleen is unwilling to let her kid suffer.
Therefore, a huge tamasha happens in the police station when Harleen confronts the Inspector and starts slamming her for putting her son in jail.
RV is shocked to see Harleen blames Purvi for everything and says that she only trapped her son.
Though, in reality, RV was trapped by Monisha and Netra.
