MUMBAI: Colors show ‘Megha Barsenge’ sheds light on a newlywed bride, abandoned by her NRI dulha Manoj who is challenged with weathering the deceit and restoring her family's reputation. Amidst her struggle, she finds an unexpected ally in Arjun, an IAS officer who aids her quest to confront the elusive groom. It appears that Arjun would defy all expectations and protect Megha from Manoj's narcissistic scheme. After safely returning Megha to India, he will declare her to be his wife.
He will, however, have to bear the consequences of his deceit in order to free Megha from prison. Arjun will face consequences from the special forces for abusing his power to further his own agenda.
Police will suspend Arjun because he refuses to give an explanation for his version of events. Arjun's life will never be the same because of the enormous sacrifice he is making for Megha.
The family of Arjun, who is furious with Arjun for destroying the family name and reputation for a stranger like Megha, will soon be on the show.
