MUMBAI: Colors TV is launching a new show titled Molki, an intriguing series highlighting social issues.
When poor parents sell their daughters in return for money and rich grooms buys brides, the brides are called Molki.
Molki is the heart-wrenching story of a girl Purvi, who hails from a poor family.
Virendra Pratap Singh, who is a relatively old man, gets married to Purvi.
From here, the namesake marital relationship of Virendra and Purvi begins.
Even so, Purvi hopes she will be able to bring love this relationship.
Purvi applies sindoor in her hairline, which is loveless, because Virendra refuses to accept her.
