MUMBAI: COLORS' new show 'Neerja...Ek Nayi Pehchaan' showcases the inspiring journey of a mother and daughter who strive against all odds for a brighter future.
With its gripping promo, the show promises to be a rollercoaster of emotions, featuring an ensemble cast of talented actors including Kamya Punjabi, Sneha Wagh, Aastha Sharma, Rajveer Singh, versatile actor Ayub Khan and talented Vibha Chibber.

Earlier, Chakri questions Neerja's promise to Didun while Shaboo arrives with two bouncers who lock Neerja in her room.
On the other hand, Abeer discovers that Bappa has Chakri's contact number. An excited Abeer contacts Chakri, asking her to convey his wish to meet Neerja at 8:00 pm.
As Didun goes shopping for Durga Puja, Chakri secretly delivers the message to Neerja, filling her with both excitement and emotion.
Meanwhile, with Sarthak's help, Abeer selects outfits for their meeting.
Chakri cuts the electricity supply, which makes Didun to come early. When Didun orders the bouncers to check on Neerja, they surprisingly find her engrossed in prayer.
What they don't know, is that Chakri is disguised as Neerja. Meanwhile, Neerja rushes to meet Abeer, but he departs, leaving her disappointed.

In the upcoming episodes, Abeer has gained his memories but he now behaves in the way he earlier used to, which was the reason for wife's death too.
So he keeps going back to Sonagachi where he keeps running into Neerja. Unfortunately, he fails to do what he intends to do and out of frustration he keeps wandering around in desparation.
Seeing this, his family get worried but Pishima suggests getting him married. Pishima tells the family that this time he should be married to a good girl and not to someone like Neerja.
