Recently, we saw that Shreya has decided to let Surya know the truth and writes a letter to him and puts it under his pillow but she gets caught by Suhani who then threatens to kill Kartik. Suhani then keeps the letter she made Gehna write and keeps it in Surya’s room.
Further on, Gehna comes to the party and enjoys the party with Surya and soon Gopi bahu arrives and will support her to defeat Suhani. However, Suhani’s trap to kill Gehna gets successful and Gehna is injured.
Gehna then tells Surya that Suhani is behind all this, he doesn’t believe her and Gehna is heartbroken over this and decides to leave him for the security of her child. She breaks her ties with Surya.
