MUMBAI: Preeti will be seen facing a new challenge in Star Plus’ Shaadi Mubarak.
Suddenly, Preeti's world comes to a standstill. KT and Preeti confess their love and hope to start a new life but when KT's truth comes out, Preeti falls shattered. KT doesn't love Preeti but he only considers her as his friend.
The truth hits Preeti hard to the core.
Meanwhile, Preeti is shocked seeing Neil's engagement when actually Neil's alliance was fixed with Priyanka. Kushala adds more problems when she tells Kusum that Preeti knew everything about the engagement. Kusum misunderstands Preeti and breaks her friendship. Preeti first gets betrayed by KT and now because of Kushala's blame game, she has fallen in Kusum's eyes.
Preeti's world comes to a standstill where she has no clue about how to set everything back in place. Soon, Preeti will find something fishy and will feel that KT is keeping something from her. She will feel angry having got only pain in the relationship. Preeti will soon be seen losing her cool and will tell KT that he once said that there is no marriage without love now, she wants a divorce shocking KT!
In the upcoming episodes, KT and Preeti will meet a lawyer and will file for divorce on mutual consent. When the lawyer will question them about the problems between them, KT will refuse to have problems and will say that Preeti is like a friend to him. Preeti too will say the same however, she will mention that KT does not love her and that is very important in the relationship. Furthermore, they will end up into a fight as Preeti will tell KT that she has her own life and would like to live it her way.
