Previously it was seen that Ranveer loved Sirat and doesn't want to loose her.
Sirat thus take a big step and renews her marriage with Ranveer and decides to be happy.
Shockingly Ranveer gets a stroke and he vomits,blood all around. He thinks he is going to die soon.
