MUMBAI : Popular drama series Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is constantly high on drama. We all know that the previous episodes were filled with lots of interesting twists and turns in the story. Fans love the chemistry of Pakhi and Virat and the gripping storyline as well as their impeccable performances of the show. The current track of the show revolves around a tragic accident involving Virat, Pakhi and Sai.

After the bus has an accident, Pakhi falls off the cliff and Virat is unable to save her.
When Sai falls unconscious, Virat gives her mouth to mouth resuscitation and forgets everything else including about Pakhi.
Sai is happy that Virat saved her and thanks him.
Pakhi however has fallen off the cliff and is nowhere to be found.
Virat tries to find Pakhi and uses all his resources with his team.

After a few days Pakhi’s body will fortunately be found, however she will have major injuries and Dr. Sai will be the one responsible to operate on her.
