MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the most loved and successful shows on television. We saw a huge leap in the show after which Imlie and Chini are all grown up. The latest plot has been about Atharva and Imlie’s life post-marriage. Atharva still loves Chini and she is constantly trying to create issues between Atharva and Imlie.
In the upcoming track, Atharva calls Chini saying she did not come to see him in the jail nor was there when he got home. Chini mentions she is now tired of waiting for him. Chini asks him to be with Imlie. Atharva feels bad and says Imlie is just a friend. Chini mentions she has seen Imlie and him get closer.
Atharva says “I love you” to Chini on the call and Imlie walks in. She is shocked to learn that he does not love her. Atharva mentions that Imlie is a nice girl but he doesn't love her.

Imlie is shattered after learning the truth. She leaves and Atharva is unaware that Imlie knows the truth. Imlie still does not know it is Chini who Atharva loves.
Imlie is walking on the road amidst a lot of traffic and suddenly a car almost hits her. It turns out to be Abhishek. He offers her water and is unaware that she is Chini’s sister.
Later, Chini agrees to marry Abhishek and conveys it to Rupali and Arpita. Further, Imlie decides to question Atharva about why he lied to her and betrayed her trust.
Chini goes to meet Abhishek and before him, Atharva arrives to talk to Chini. Chini breaks things off with him saying he can never give her what she wants. He is shattered to hear it. He begs Chini to not end things and leave him. Atharva expresses how much he loves her but Chini constantly keeps shooing him away and gets angry at him.
