MUMBAI: Sony TV’s new show ‘Katha Ankahee’ produced by Sphere Origin, is a remake of the Turkish serial “1001 Nights”. The show stars handsome hunk Adnan Khan who was last seen in ‘Ishq Subhanallah' opposite Eisha Singh and also stars Aditi Sharma who is known for her roles in shows like Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka, Gangaa etc. The show has started on a great note and the upcoming episodes are sure to entertain its viewers. The current track is about Katha trying to get funds for her son's surgery.

Previously we saw that Katha is working multiple jobs and also asking everyone possible to provide funds for Aarav’s surgery.
Katha meets Viaan and asks for a loan of Rs 1 crore. The latter however offers her an indecent proposal of spending the night with him in return for the funds.
Seeing nothing to be above her son’s life, Katha will accept Viaan’s indecent proposal.
This will shock and infuriate Viaan as he thinks Katha has failed the test.
Viaan will go home and his anger will come out on his mother while he is discussing his company and hinting at Katha, say how women can ruin companies for the greed of money.
