MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the longest-running Indian television shows and people still love it. The audience pours in immense love for the track and the chemistry of AbhiRa aka Abhimanyu and Akshara. The show is in for a lot of drama with the upcoming twists and turns.
Previously, Akshara is left surprised as Abhimanyu gets the whole music recording setup at home and has even spoken about it with the music director and he is completely okay with it.
Furthermore, Abhimanyu applies for paternity leave from the hospital. He also mentions that he has applied for leave in advance so that they can find a doctor to take his place while he is on leave.
We later see Abhimanyu taking care of Akshara every step of the way.
Later, Manish wishes to call Akshara and Aarohi home for a few days. Swarna calls Manjari and tells Akshara and Aarohi that the Goenka family is missing them. Aarohi says she will go after a few days and Akshara says she wishes to go right away.

In the upcoming episode, we will see that Akshara is about to eat a healthy laddoo while at Goenka house and Abhimanyu walks in at that moment. He gets furious at her saying what type of laddoo she is eating as she has already had a sweet earlier which she should not have. He mentions that he should not have let her come to the Goenka house.
Manish walks in and feels upset. He asks Abhimanyu if he feels that sending Akshara was a mistake and does he think the family cannot take good care of Akshara.
