MUMBAI : Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the longest-running Indian television shows and people still love it. The audience pours in immense love for the track and the chemistry of AbhiRa aka Abhimanyu and Akshara. The show is in for a lot of drama with the upcoming twists and turns.
In the upcoming episode, Akshara suddenly suffers cramps and is in excruciating pain. Neil takes her to the hospital. Akshara feels bad about breaking her promise of not leaving the room.
On the other hand, Abhimanyu and Mahima perform the surgery in Jaipur.
Further, the doctor checks Akshara up and says she and both the babies are okay. Later, Akshara gets a call from the girls of the NGO and they tell her that they have been kidnapped. Neil calls the police.

On the other hand, Manjari comes to know about Akshara not being at home and being in pain, and she panics.
Akshara suggests they need to do something about the situation till the police arrive. Aarohi calls Neil and he says that they need to go to the concert’s venue for an emergency.
Neil and Akshara arrive at the concert venue and he asks Akshara to not get out of the car while he tries to save the girls. The goons beat up Neil. Akshara wishes to get out of the car and Neil signals her not to.
Further, the goons are about to stab Neil but Akshara goes and hits the goon with the car. She gets out of the car and Neil asks her to save the girls.
The goons further are about to hit Akshara but the police arrive. Neil is badly hurt and has fallen unconscious after getting hit in the head. Akshara panics.
