In the upcoming episode, we will see that Akshara plans Abhimanyu’s birthday surprise. Later, Aarohi runs into Neil and pretends that she didn’t know he will be there. She asks him to listen to what she has to say and when he does not listen she goes and stands in the middle of the road amidst heavy traffic.
Abhimanyu thinks about what Akshara might be planning for his birthday.
Neil agrees to hear Aarohi out. She tells him that the prenup she had made was not only for her but for both of them. She mentions that her mother never got the love and attention that Naira got and that she did not have a problem with it. But she has a problem with Akshara always getting the first priority in her house. Then when she met Neil, she realised that it is the same with Neil too, Abhimanyu is given preference over him. She reveals that by attaining 10% stake in the Birla hospital, she wished to secure both their futures, especially his.
She says that she is leaving town tomorrow and will not return.
As Abhimanyu gets done with his work and leaves, a headlight flashes and he is unable to understand who it is. As he goes to talk to the person, he starts to drive the bike around Abhimanyu and finally reveals himself. Abhimanyu is left surprised to see that it is Akshara.
Manjari requests everyone in the Birla family to not wish Abhimanyu at midnight as Akshara has made special plans for him and they should not disturb them.
Akshara takes Abhimanyu to the place where she has planned a beautiful setup and the two dance together. As midnight strikes and the two celebrate his birthday, Abhimanyu gets a call from the hospital that a few kids of the orphanage have food poisoning. Abhimanyu and Akshara rush to the hospital. The Birla family leave for the hospital too and Mahima lets Aarohi know.
Aarohi sneaks out of the house and goes to the hospital.
Everyone arrives at the hospital and finds that the condition of the kids is really bad. Akshara gets a call from Manjari who assures her that she is there with Abhimanyu. She then asks Manjari to get everything done at home for Abhimanyu’s birthday.
